Somehow unexpected. Milestone. We started to study according to the 1st grade program in the middle of January. Our classes were irregular. Especially if I left, it was difficult to get involved later. And the world around us was the most difficult for us. I really thought that maybe for now, that Goshka grows up, his brain grows still, after the next New Year to do this and hand over it in the spring. Well, okay, we'll do this question even then ... But it turned out that the world around us ended first.

Today Goshka wrote the final test on the subject on the website. It is clear that this is not the end, that the school has yet to be officially registered, and that there will be a Skype exam. But our main task, when I contacted the external office, I saw: try my hand at home education... Will he learn? And here are the first achievements.

At first something happened that I had read about, but I myself could hardly believe it. Before my trip to Moscow, I had to settle a lot of things, then I was gone for a week, then I put things in order after the trip and it turned out that Goha and I did not work for 2.5 weeks. And here one day Gosha comes up, says that we have not studied for a long time, the second day he came up to me with a proposal to study. It’s true, I didn’t expect that he himself could take the initiative in this matter. I thought that such a class happens to the fifth.

Then we sat down to study and it turned out that the topic of traffic rules remained. We answered her quickly, the city boy. And then ... Section test. We began to study the section at the beginning of May. I thought that he would forget something that flew into one ear, flew into the other. And before the test, you will have to cook everything from scratch again. But no. He snapped the test for the section like nuts. Then I sneakily decided to go over the test on the whole subject. It turned out that he remembers what soil is and how it is formed, and what air is made of, and even how stars differ from planets, and we analyzed this in January.

It is clear that he will need to repeat this for the test, but he remembers. Today we wrote a test on the subject, naturally other questions arose, but Goha coped with them quite easily.

In general, I'm glad! Homeschooling is real, it's not scary. The child can really organize himself (so far only a little, but the trouble is the beginning), and he really learns. He knows what he's talking about.

In general, those who are now thinking about a preschool or school, and who have another year to think about it, do not hesitate, but try your hand at http://extern-office.net in practice, it will become clear what a child can (and he will become older, more diligent, more attentive in another year), what you are capable of. And then make your decision based on experience, not reflection.

Ha! I just wrote this and looked into the magazine for Alexey Bitner, who created the external office, and there:

"Finally, I can announce that my colleagues and I (we are several individual entrepreneurs, an external office), in cooperation with the Novosibirsk school, are ready to accept distance learning external students from anywhere. Two students have already passed exams using the new method. Everything is working.

In short, the proposed system has four features:

1. A conscientious student is completely free from surprise tasks on the exam: he works through all types of tasks while studying the subject.

2. You can train in passing the exam as many times as you like.

3. You can study a two-year program in a year. You can simultaneously take exams in one subject in one class, in others - after another, for example, while studying the 5th grade program, pass several subjects in the 6th grade.

3. BEFORE signing an external study agreement with the school, the student studies one subject and takes an exam. This allows the child and the parents to make the decision about the external study based on their own experience. If the exam is passed, then when enrolling in school, the external student already has one annual grade.

The interaction of external students and their parents with us and with the school takes place using the website extern-office.net. The site contains interactive materials for exam preparation. Each student is provided with a training virtual office. In the office, you can see how the external course fits into the annual schedule that we draw up at the beginning of the training. If distance lessons with a teacher are needed, we negotiate their schedule individually.

In the course of training, the external student performs tests on each topic and chapter of the training course. These works are checked by the teacher of the External Office. As soon as the final work on the subject is completed, we agree on the time of the exam (also through the website).

We conduct the exam by video link. The tasks for the exam are randomly selected by the computer from the list of tasks on the site. Selected tasks are sent to the e-mail of the external (parent). An external student performs tasks in writing, on paper. The external student scans (photographs) his work and sends the file to the external office teacher. The teacher places the file on the website, then the school teacher checks the work within 48 hours, grades it, writes a review, if necessary. The external examiner receives the results of the check by e-mail.

You can try to study the first subject and take the exam at any time, even in summer. Those interested can fill out an application for training as an external student on the main page of the extern-office.net website (the button at the bottom of the page).

The total cost of the external office and school services for one class is from 11 to 19 thousand rubles (the older, the more expensive, the maximum price is in grades 9 and 11).

For this money you will receive:
1. Interactive teaching materials with which the child can study subjects and prepare for exams;
2. Checking the tests by the teacher (in the course of studying each subject, the external student performs tests on each topic and chapter and throughout the course on the website extern-office.net);
3. Teacher consultation by e-mail;
4. Remote acceptance of exams via Skype or Google+;
5. Maintaining by the school of all necessary documentation regarding the external student;
6. Externally taking state exams at the end of the 9th and 11th grades (for this you need to be in Novosibirsk from May 15 to June 15) "

On March 14, 2016, we signed an agreement, according to which Valentina entered one of the schools in Russia in the first grade at distance learning for the 2016-2017 academic year (with the possibility of early exams). This school is not located in Ramenskoye, where we live, and not even in the Moscow region. But this does not prevent one from officially studying in it and passing the certification, which happens via the Internet.

And already on April 11, Valentina passed mathematics for the first grade. True, we learned the joyful result only now, on April 13, when the teacher checked the work and sent us his solution. A letter with important lines " Hello, Valentina Solovyova! You have passed the exam in the subject:Grade 1 Mathematics “I haven't deleted it yet, because first I want to describe our experience and figure out what it really means for us, the whole family.

It was natural for us to pass math first, as Valentina loves math. At the same time, it would be a mistake to believe that since we had a month to prepare, then it took us exactly that much time to prepare Valentina or she herself to prepare for surrender. In fact, everything is much more interesting, as it usually happens in life.

To successfully pass mathematics for the first grade at Bitner's external office, the site http://matematikadoma.com helped us. I think this is the best resource, which includes, if not everything, then almost everything. We bought a month of classes on this site for 500 rubles. During this time, Valentina has mastered 80% of the material. I considered it inappropriate to buy one more month, since the remaining material would most likely be mastered in a week. The undoubted advantages of the site: it not only tests the knowledge of the child, it GIVES knowledge. Before checking something, a pleasant female voice tells the theory, and does it briefly and clearly. After completing the assignments, we had only one question, to which the support group answered us promptly, clarifying it completely. Fat five from me to this site!

In addition, during the past year, Valentina studied at the "Think-ka" mathematical club, which was led by her father in our town of Ramenskoye near Moscow. Plus, Valentina, on her own initiative, regularly participates in the Olympiads from the site uchi.ru and on my initiative from the St. Petersburg school №30. Plus, the child's natural desire is precisely for mathematics. I was asked several times, well, how do I know that she loves mathematics herself, and we do not want her to love mathematics. I finally figured out what to answer in order to be succinct and revealing. Once my grandmother brought Valentina a problem book on mathematics for the 4th grade. So when I came to visit the sleeping child, she had this book with a pencil in her bed, and some answers were written on the open page. What she did not know, she missed, and what she knew, she decided correctly.

We haven't been preparing for delivery for a month. In the best case, we prepared tightly for two weeks for an hour and another week for 20 minutes. The reason is simple: we did not have more time, because during this month we went on vacation for 6 days, where, as we understood even earlier, to study - we are not interested in studying, because the world that is going on around is too curious. Plus, it was in March that I worked hard with Valentina chess in order for us to catch up with the group (as a result, they did not catch up with the group, and we decided to temporarily take a break from chess. I originally planned for the end of April.)

What did we really do when we were doing math? I sat Valentina next to her and showed or told her what she did not know, did not understand, or forgot. It was working with a compass (it is still difficult for her to draw with them) and working with a number line (any even image with a ruler in the cells required practicing this skill). We did all these questions in a notebook. But the questions from other sections in the notebook were performed several times in order to learn how to correctly formulate the answer, and the rest were solved orally or on pieces of paper my daughter led an example to get a solution. There were most of such questions - they just need to be solved, and you know how to do it. You can count orally, you can count in a row, you can count it in a column, whatever you like.

We decided to take the exam on Sunday for the simple reason that the spouse was at home, could quickly figure out technical issues (when to start filming, when to stop it) and could help me in case something went wrong. However, we didn’t know at all and didn’t expect that before passing the first exam, we had to conduct a technical test: it’s as if you are passing the exam, including writing, typing questions, writing something pretend, then taking a photo, immediately throwing off jpg- files on a laptop, upload to the site, stop filming. So make sure the recording is okay. Having made this test, we received admission to the delivery only in the evening. But every Sunday evening we watch filmstrips :-), so the exam was postponed for the future. And on Monday morning we all woke up unusually early, and around 8 am Valentina was asked if she had a desire to sit down and solve examples and problems. She took a theatrical pause :-) for a few seconds, after which she said: “I want it! Of course I want!"

The exam was allocated 90 minutes. After 30 minutes from the beginning, Valentina said: "Mom, it's done!" I took the papers and quickly went through the answers. It felt like the truth. Valentina put one of the pieces of paper aside and said about it: "This is a draft, you don't need to photograph it." Well, who knows what she has in the draft, maybe what pictures, really, why is it needed? I photographed three solution sheets, uploaded the photos to the site, and stopped recording the exam. The results were sent to the school for verification.

And then I looked at the leaves and the draft. On the sheets of paper were written examples, the "equal" sign and immediately the answer. And on the draft, all the reasoning was given - chains of equalities, columns, and so on. And I was very upset, because familiar pictures from the past surfaced in my memory: you decided everything correctly, but decided orally or for some other reason did not give a solution, for this the answer was not counted. We had the majority of such answers.

The most amazing thing is that in the notebook we did everything in its entirety, but at the last moment, upon learning about such an entity as a draft, Valentina decided that it was just for scheduling a solution, and a clean copy for clarity and an answer :-) It was the biggest question - how the teacher will react in this situation. At the same time, the video shows that the child writes the work on his own, so that all the answers belong to him. Therefore, you can imagine HOW much we were glad that the school accepted the work, and thus it credited us with the subject of mathematics for the entire first grade. The school was on our side.

The first passed exam is important to us. He showed that we are going in the right direction and that it is indeed possible to prepare a child for surrender. Yes, if the subject is new, then it will take longer than the mathematics required of us, but we can do it. I think that this exam turned out to be the most important for me, because I believed in myself. And the way it turned out to be available to prepare the child was really encouraging. As for Valentina, it seemed to me that she did not see the difference between this exam and any other Olympiad, which she solves with pleasure. :-) For her, it turned out to be another way to "play math" :-)

But we decided that the first change is our common holiday. And for the holidays they usually give gifts. Therefore, this time we gave our daughter what she had asked for a long time ago and what she had even forgotten about! She received a 5x5x5 cube - it's like a Rubik's cube, only bigger. The child was happy and, probably, at the moment of receiving the gift, experienced something similar to what we, parents, experienced from the passed exam - joy the size of an elephant ;-)

* From a box from under Valentina's cube, Vsevolod instantly made a garage for his car :-)

This part of Lara Pokrovskaya's story is about what they liked and what did not fit in the learning process with Alexey Bitner's external office.

The absence of unnecessary contacts with the school is beyond praise. All issues were resolved through Alexey, very quickly and efficiently.

No extra time was wasted, which, when studying at school, is usually spent on explaining the material for the one hundred and fifty-first time, so that it can reach everyone, on interviewing the class. Plus, we didn't have homework, but just study. Well, theoretically, it was in our power to diversify the material a little, to make the presentation interesting (though I didn't really succeed in this, but there was an opportunity).

My child stopped losing things at school. In the 5th grade at school, several of his sweatpants, hats, sneakers, a player, an e-book were lost, and you don't need to wear anything on the CO. And even pens and pencils are not lost in packs.

Before the start of the school year, I did not have to rush around Moscow in search of suitable school pants (we have an eternal problem with this), vests, shirts, a backpack with the best combination of price and quality. Although, of course, the cost of notebooks, stationery and some books / textbooks has not been canceled.

The level of knowledge with such attestations, as we passed, turned out to be higher than at school. However, for my child specifically, a system of tests in subjects that are of little interest to him or do not seem to be the most important to me would be more suitable. Ideally, I would like to be able to pass serious exams in mathematics and Russian, possibly in some other subjects, and the history of Russia, the history of the world, social studies, biology and literature - to write tests. Yes, the level of knowledge would be lower, but the child would have to strain much less. Since Yegor quickly overworked and from overload begins to either get sick, or make trouble, or both at once - I would prefer to load him less.

The modular training system (you learned a subject - passed it, then the next one) is very convenient. It turned out to be too tense for us, though.

It's great that there was an opportunity, if necessary, to get advice from Alexey. He has a lot of experience, and he really understands what he is doing and what he is talking about. I used this opportunity 1 time, consulted on the teaching methodology. It was very helpful, I regretted not having consulted at the very beginning.

I'm an anxious mom. It always interferes, but with family education, and even in this mode, it interferes terribly. I have failed to make the process easy and stress-free. I was afraid to relax - after all, I alone was responsible for transferring Egor to SO. The husband did not support this decision. It was scary not to have time to learn the subject on time. I could not indicate in advance the amount of material for the day. It seemed to me that then Yegor would learn “to get off” (poor quality), just to get free as soon as possible. Therefore, study was measured not by the number of questions learned, but by the time of study. I managed to quickly learn about the planned number of questions - ok, so here you are, fresh ones. The faster you learn the subject and pass it, the faster the holidays will be before studying the next one. The system is terrible, which does not allow to live in peace. Faster-and-then-late. An anxious mom made her child anxious.
I wanted to reduce the load (study less, pass worse), but I did not understand how. The "fives" were not important to me. In general, the "troikas" would suit me. But how to calculate that you will get this "three" guaranteed? That you can't fail attestation? Yes, the questions were known in advance. For example, 200 questions on a subject. At the certification, the computer randomly selected 10 of them. To get a "three", you had to correctly answer half, that is, 5. And this is not a test! These are questions requiring a detailed written answer. Like an oral exam, only in writing. If a child does not learn all 200 questions, but for example 100, where is the guarantee that exactly the learned ones will be caught on certification in the amount of 5 pieces? And if 8 unlearned ones come across? In general, my brain exploded, and anxiety drove and drove the "five-year plan in 4 years."

Conclusions after the first year of JI

The transition to family education has greatly changed our lives. First, the relationship with my son has improved. He finally saw that I was with him, on his side. That I care that he feels bad at school. I saw that I was ready to do something for him. Change, overcome your narrow, weak spots. Plus, we began to spend a lot of time together, which used to be occupied by school. Alas, it was spent on studies, but nevertheless it was our joint process, interaction. We began to understand each other better. Well, the physical contact has become more, hugs, "beat off" and all that.

Yegor's eyes lit up. I don’t remember when they burned before. He felt Life. That she is, and she is about him. That his “want” matters, that not only all sorts of “must” and “must” fill his life. A resource has appeared to do what you want. Yegor enjoyed going to the mugs, not leaving them all year round.

Well, that knowledge has become better than it was at school, no doubt. But in the summer it turned out that most of what he had learned was safely forgotten. Like at school. Learned - answered - passed - forgot. Well, because there is no intrinsic motivation, no interest in subjects. And there was no time for understanding, everything was running and running, rather, otherwise we will not have time to pass the certification. Egor taught subjects exclusively on relationships with me, on affection. Well, in contrast: despite a lot of time spent studying CO with Bitner, it still bothered him less than studying at school and homework after it.

The result in the form of undigested material, swallowed without chewing, made me wonder if this was necessary at all. The year was insanely difficult for me. I combined the second year of the university with Yegor's studies and was fully included in this, spending a lot of time and effort, overcoming my unwillingness to do this and my resistance. Plus, I went to Intensive I "Understanding Children" at the Newfeld Institute. In general, there was a feeling that I had been moving mountains all year - and now I was blown away. I would not have survived another year like this. Yes, and no longer saw the point: the knowledge gained in this way from Yegor did not linger for a long time.

Well, the questions that I had to learn sometimes confused me. I still remember my surprise: why should Yegor know how much garbage the Russian Volga river carries in a year? Where is this knowledge to him, for what?

Well, it was time to look for a new place for passing the certification. Corresponding to our corrected requests with our son.

What I wanted:
  • the same minimal contact with the school;
  • distance attestation once a year, with the possibility of retaking;
  • attestations in the form of tests;
  • prompt solution of any arising problems;
  • not a modular training system (at modular speed it is too high for Egor, and the stress of "we probably won't be in time" is too great for both of us).

I no longer needed external control; over the course of this year, my confidence grew that I myself can. And there was no need for any virtual school - I knew that free lessons on interneturok.ru would save me, if anything.

What Yegor wanted:
  • still not going to school;
  • not spend so much time studying;
  • Don't be so nervous about "quicker-quicker".

The agony of choice. Again

Our goals coincided, and I again chose between St. Petersburg 277 and MShZD. But in the MSHZD there were, albeit remote, but - monthly control works, on the basis of which the annual assessment was then put. And in 277, if you attached to it through an intermediary (TsODIV), there was a great opportunity to pass the certification in a convenient mode for us. At any time of the day or night, one could open any certification test, answer a certain number of questions, and then return to it at another convenient time. There were 30 questions in the test for each subject. The questions sometimes caused surprise and confusion about who and why made them up, but after a year of SB I already understood that if I wanted education, they would have to study in parallel with the preparation for certification. Schooling (even at home) and education are two big differences.

1.1. At what age can a child study externally (out of school)?

Essentially, it's not about age.

It has become so customary to send children to school that we do not notice the obvious unnaturalness of the way of teaching that is adopted at school. To study "in chorus", synchronously, when the training time is predetermined, and the training itself is in no way tied to the needs and desires of the child himself - what could be more abnormal?

What is commonly called external or home education is simply a normal, natural way of education.

The problem is that a child who does not go to school today becomes "not like everyone else." That is why children and their parents resort to home schooling and external studies when school has led them to a dead end. Each person determines what a "dead end" is: for some it is the first two in a quarter, for someone it is expulsion from school, for someone it is unproductive relationships with teachers, for someone it is a “free” four in a quarter.

Since problems at school tend to accumulate, the older the child, the more often children and their parents think about leaving school. The catch, however, is that school failures kill curiosity and lead to apathy, and therefore the ability to learn independently with age often does not increase (as it should with normal development), but decreases.

So, age is not the problem. If you see that schooling does not give your child what you think is necessary, try at least to familiarize yourself with other possibilities. In addition, it is not necessary to formally leave the school right away. You can try an external study "by the tooth" in a couple of weeks. During this time, you (and your child) will understand how acceptable the externship is for you.

1.2. If a child studies outside of school, won't he develop isolation, inability to communicate with peers?

It is impossible to say unequivocally. In my experience, a child's sociability has little to do with whether they go to school. As a rule, if a child is withdrawn, he is not very sociable at school either. Moreover, many uncommunicative children perceive school as an excess of communication, as a compulsion to communicate. This, in turn, increases their isolation.

The feeling of success, which develops in the course of learning, the awareness of honesty and the effectiveness of their work create a positive self-assessment of the external student. Such self-esteem is the best basis for forming relationships with both peers and elders.

In any case, if it is possible to solve the problem of success, then the problem of the adequacy of contact with peers is easier to solve. In the end, it is possible, having straightened the so-called "academic performance", to return to school, using the externship as an ambulance.

1.3. The school, of course, is not ideal, but such is the whole life. When teaching a child outside of school, are we not growing a greenhouse plant?

The ability to both adapt to the environment and resist it, of course, is necessary for any person. Like any skill, it is amenable to training. The whole point is exactly what qualities a child develops, if he cannot achieve success at school, or easily, without difficulty, gets undeservedly high marks. The main thing that develops in a child in these cases is cynicism, a habit of double standards. If we consider cynicism useful (and many people think so), then the worse the child is at school, the better. Therefore, the question of external studies is a question of personal values. If parents (and their child) believe that learning at the cost of getting aversion to the very process of learning is permissible, then they do not need any external studies.

I’m not trying to portray it as the externship is good for everyone, and I’m not looking for the perfect way to learn, because that doesn’t exist. I offer my services to those who are sure that attending school personally for him (for his child) is a low-productive activity. If we agree on this, then we can discuss how exactly to overcome that obstacle, which is called "school education."

The path of an external student is not easy at all, but he is honest. An external student learns in exams to prove not his obedience, but his education, and he proves this not to those who taught him, but to completely unfamiliar teachers. Can this method of education be called hothouse education?

1.4. My child is learning with difficulty at school, how will he learn on his own?

Self-reliance does not come suddenly, it needs to be learned. My service, unlike ordinary tutoring, is to gradually teach my wards to work independently and the art of passing exams.

So, your child is having a hard time attending school. Let's figure out what's going on. The school must fulfill at least two functions: teaching and measuring learning outcomes.

If your child consistently scores two's and three's, then the school is doing well in the assessment task and poorly in the learning task. So let's leave to the school what it does well: the function of assessing learning outcomes. The training itself can be done separately from the school.

You need to start with the very "gaps" in knowledge that your child has accumulated. At the same time, the degree of his independence will, of course, be low at first, but as soon as the first exam is passed (after 2-3 weeks of classes), it will be possible to gradually increase his independence in learning. I repeat: by-ste-pen-no-go!

Here's another important thing: while studying outside of school, your child will know that they won't even get a C just like that (for obedience, for being accurate, for raising a hand on time in class, for homework). There is an understanding that it is the result that is valuable, and not the learning process.

1.5. How much does your service cost?

From 26 to 40 thousand rubles per class depending on the class (the older, the more expensive)

Access to simulators for individual subjects: from 3,000 rubles per subject.

1.6. How to go to your externship?

Procedure.

1. On the site the site is registered (registration in several stages, the registration button on the main page of the site at the bottom). This gives you the opportunity to get into the personal account of an external person.

During the registration process, you get free access for 5 days to the materials of the class that you indicated during registration. If, after viewing the materials, the desire to cooperate with me has not disappeared, send me an application for an interview (press the appropriate button). If you do not want to cooperate - refuse to continue registration.

2. The child completes the introductory work online with a video (for those who enter at 9, 10 and 11 - an interview via Skype). At the interview, the child's readiness to master the program of the corresponding class is assessed. Next, sign contracts with the individual entrepreneur and, if you wish, with the school. Documents are signed remotely.

All documents (about me and about our cooperation with the school) can be found during the registration process.

1.7. How to use the exam simulators on your website?

Exam simulators are interactive programs that allow you to practice answering exam questions. Essentially, a simulator is a question-and-answer course. This is not exhaustive material, but sufficient to understand what to train in.

Answering these questions, the child studies the subject. There are many initial questions, most often several hundred on the subject. On the questions that you and your child have in the course of mastering the educational material, you can get an answer by asking a question to the author of this site.

Video instructions for using the simulators can be viewed on the main page of this site.

1.8. How is the exam going?

The distance exam is held using a video recording on the site of the site in the account (account) of the external person.

The list of questions for the exam is created by the computer. The number of questions in the examination paper is specified in each training course.

The external student chooses the time of the exam himself, includes a video recording of the exam in the virtual office on the website, and opens exam questions.

The exam paper is assessed by the school teacher. The external learner learns the assessment of his work by e-mail, the assessment is also visible in the student's office on the website. Most often, the result is known within five days.

2. For students

2.1. How are practice and exam questions different?

Most of the academic subjects contain practice and examination questions. These questions may or may not coincide in part in form, but they always coincide in content.

Training questions are almost always answered. There are exceptions to this rule, for example, in the subjects READING and LITERATURE. You can view the training questions one at a time in the TRAINING mode in the student's office. There is no need to memorize the answers to the training questions; you need to understand how to answer the question.

No answers have been given to the exam questions. All exam questions can be seen by following the link LIST OF QUESTIONS on the main page of the subject (exceptions: READING, REFERENCES and subjects for which the exam paper is a presentation).

In the exam, the computer selects questions from a list of exam questions.

An example of the examination paper can be seen in the chapter EXAM PROCEDURE in each subject, except for subjects in which the examination paper is a presentation (home written work).

2.2. Why do I need an exam schedule? Can I change it?

The schedule of exams can be seen at the link SCHEDULE OF EXAMINATIONS for gon the main page of the external office under the list of items. It is the main tool for planning the educational process and monitoring its success.

On the same page as the chart, there are explanations for the chart and instructions for changing it. If you intend to take an exam ahead of time, set in the schedule, you can not change the schedule. If you do not have time to pass the exam on time, the schedule must be changed, otherwise the external office on the site will be blocked.

Please note that the exam schedule can ONLY be located between September and April inclusive. You can only use May to post the exam deadlines in exceptional cases with the permission of the site administrator. It is prohibited to arrange elements of the schedule during the summer months.

Fundamental is the UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION OF EXAMINATIONS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.

2.3. Why can't all exams be passed at the end of the school year?

If your account is linked to a school, you cannot collect all exams at the end of the school year. Reason: Learning problems need to be detected as early as possible. If you find a problem in the effectiveness of learning only at the end of the school year, there will be no time left for correcting the learning process. The unevenness of the load on checking examination papers is also important if most of the exams are taken at the end of the academic year.

2.4. At school they spend a whole year studying a subject. How can you study a subject in two weeks or a month?

At school, they do not spend an entire academic year studying a subject. For example, 68 lessons are given for the study of geography. Only a small part of the lesson is devoted to the actual teaching of a particular child. Even if an external student takes 6 lessons a day (like in school), then in 11 days he will work out the norm, and he will not have to adapt to either the leading or lagging students. In reality, in most cases, to prepare for the exam, it is enough to study less time than the total annual duration of lessons in this subject, since classes are more productive and in a short period of time forgetting affects less than the entire academic year.

If you are determined to study the subject in depth, you will not have enough time. In this case, it is necessary to divide the tasks: the task of passing the school exam and the task of deeply engaging in the subject.

2.5. What if all possible actions have already been taken, but there is still not enough time to study the subject?

First of all, you need to reduce the level of aspirations: stop, for example, striving to get an A or a B. Having looked at the assessment criteria in the description of the exam procedure, you can greatly reduce the amount of work required and its complexity if you agree to the top three. If this does not help, you need to discuss with the site administrator the possibility of repeating the class, i.e. transfer the most difficult subjects for an external course to the next academic year.

2.6. Is what is given in the external student's office enough to prepare for the exam?

No, not enough. Questions and answers to them in the external account are a description of the result of the work. Even if there are explanations in the topics of the subject, they cannot be the answer to all the questions that a person may have when trying to understand the topic; you need to use search engines on the Internet and communicate with other people about the questions that have arisen. Even if the interlocutor of the external person does not know the answer to the question asked by the external person, joint search for information and discussion of emerging issues are often more useful than the specialist's answer to the question. In general, it is very important that the external student sees next to him significant adults who are learning, and not just teaching.

You can get answers to questions that you or your child may have by asking a question to the author of this site.

2.7. Which tutorials to use?

As a rule, there are no recommendations on teaching aids in the external office. This is because different children and different adults like different teaching aids. Some people like to work with paper or electronic textbooks, some prefer to find answers to their questions on the Internet. In any case, you need to proceed from the training and examination questions that you see in the external student's office. You can get information and help on the courses being studied on the website of the school that conducts the certification.

2.8. Can tests and exams always be taken or are there restrictions?

From December 30 to January 10 and from July 1 to July 31, there is no opportunity to complete a test or examination work in the student's office. All other functions are unchanged at this time.

2.9. What is the timeline for checking tests and exams?

If the test is checked automatically, the test results (pass or fail) appear in the external office 15 minutes after the test is sent for verification. If you are not satisfied with the result of the automatic test, you can send the test for human verification (manual verification).

Timing of manual test check:

    For tests sent from 5.00 to 20.00 Moscow time - no more than an hour

    For tests sent from 20.00 to 5.00 Moscow time - the test must be checked no later than 5.30 Moscow time.

The exam paper is checked by the school teacher. The term for checking the examination paper is 5 working days. Unfortunately, delays in the verification of papers by school teachers do occur. The site administrator regularly monitors violations of the verification deadlines and reminds teachers to meet the deadlines.

2.10. In what cases can an external account be blocked?

Any blocking of an external account is intended to draw your attention to the need to perform certain actions.

Any blocking of the external account will be removed as soon as you perform the required action.

Blocking can be complete or partial. For example, after the expiration of the five-day free period of using the external student's office, academic subjects are blocked, but there is still an opportunity to complete the introductory work (for new external students) or pay for the next class (for external students with whom cooperation continues).

As a rule, before blocking a student's office, warnings appear, for example, warnings appear 10 days before the due date of the exam.

Most of the blockages are related to school requirements. The school, in turn, fulfills the requirements of the state educational authorities. There are many of these requirements and, unfortunately, their number is constantly growing. With the help of locks, the school ensures that external students and their representatives are obliged to take the necessary actions. We ask you to show understanding and patience in situations related to blocking for such reasons as: the need to fill out a questionnaire, the need to complete the task of the All-Russian verification work, etc.

If the situation with the blocking is not clear to you, please contact the site administrator (the letter icon in the upper right part of the external account page).

2.11. What is VLOOKUP?

The Ministry of Education conducts All-Russian Verification Works (VPR) according to a special, new schedule every year. These works need to be done not only on a certain day, but also at a certain hour.

No later than a month before the deadline for the work, you will receive information about it by e-mail and in the external office.

To perform the test work, a printer is required: you will need to print the test work forms. On the printed forms, you need to do the work in writing, then scan the sheets and attach them to a special form in the external office. The test work is performed with video recording, like an exam.

2.12. How do I get a certificate that my child is a student at school?

If you are in the same city as the school, please contact the school by phone.

If you are in another city, click on the GET REFERENCE button in the DOCUMENTS tab in the external account. If the account is locked, the DOCUMENTS tab is unavailable. To access it, you must first remove the lock.
If there is no such button in the DOCUMENTS tab, write a letter to the school administrator. To do this, click the letter icon in the upper right corner of the main page of your student's office, select in the WHOM field the position SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR, write that you need a certificate that the child is a student of the school, write the address to which you ask to deliver the certificate (do not forget to indicate index) and recipient.

2.13. How to take the exam and exam?

The OGE (the main state exam, after grade 9) and the USE (unified state exam, after grade 11) cannot be passed remotely. These exams must be passed either at the school with which you interact through the External Office, or at the school in your place of residence. To pass these exams at the school at the place of residence, you need to complete the 9th grade no later than February 1, and the 11th grade no later than October 30, otherwise it is impossible to have time to submit an application for participation in the OGE or USE at the school at the place of residence. The date of October 30 for 11-graders is due to the fact that 11-graders must write an examination essay at the beginning of December. To write it at the school at your place of residence, you need to have the school at your place of residence receive your application earlier than November 15th.

Local schools are usually reluctant to accept students in grades 9 and 11 who graduated from grades 9 and 11 at another school and come only to take the OGE or USE. Prepare for the fact that if you transfer your child to a local school for passing the exam and the Unified State Exam, most likely, will have to overcome the resistance of various officials both at school and, possibly, in government bodies.

To prepare for the Unified State Exam and the Unified State Exam, the materials posted in the external student's office are not enough. To prepare for state exams, use the sites http://fipi.ru/ and

  • Decrease the quality when scanning to reduce the file size (only necessary if the file size is more than 1MB).
  • Make sure that the Internet is working properly at the time of sending the photo. If the connection to the site is intermittent, then the files may not be fully sent. In this case, instead of a message about sending the result for verification, you will receive an empty page.
  • The quality of the Internet may depend not only on the operation of your home network, or the provider, but also on the operation of the main communication channels, in order to check the connection, try opening several pages on the external office website, if the download was fast - everything is fine.

      Thank you so much for the very useful information in the article. Everything is stated very clearly. Feels like a lot of work has been done on analyzing the eBay store

      • Thank you and other regular readers of my blog. Without you, I would not have been motivated enough to devote a lot of time to running this site. My brains are arranged like this: I like to dig deep, organize scattered data, try what no one has done before, or did not look from this angle. It is a pity that only our compatriots, because of the crisis in Russia, are by no means up to shopping on eBay. They buy on Aliexpress from China, as goods there are several times cheaper (often at the expense of quality). But online auctions eBay, Amazon, ETSY will easily give the Chinese a head start on the range of branded items, vintage items, handicrafts and various ethnic goods.

          It is your personal attitude and analysis of the topic that is valuable in your articles. Don't leave this blog, I often look here. There should be many of us. Email me I recently received an offer to teach me how to trade on Amazon and eBay. And I remembered your detailed articles about these bargaining. area I reread it all over again and concluded that the courses are a scam. I haven't bought anything on eBay myself. I am not from Russia, but from Kazakhstan (Almaty). But we, too, do not need extra spending yet. I wish you the best of luck and take care of yourself in the Asian region.

    • It's also nice that eBay's attempts to russify the interface for users from Russia and the CIS countries have begun to bear fruit. After all, the overwhelming majority of citizens of the countries of the former USSR are not strong in knowledge of foreign languages. No more than 5% of the population know English. There are more among young people. Therefore, at least the interface in Russian is a great help for online shopping on this marketplace. Ebey did not follow the path of his Chinese counterpart Aliexpress, where a machine (very clumsy and incomprehensible, sometimes causing laughter) translation of the description of goods is performed. I hope that at a more advanced stage in the development of artificial intelligence, high-quality machine translation from any language to any in a matter of seconds will become a reality. So far we have this (a profile of one of the sellers on ebay with a Russian interface, but an English-language description):
